1. Attention! (喊成 a-ttennnnn-tion!)

立正！

2. (Stand) at ease

(左脚前出)稍息！

3. Dress right/left,Dress!

向右/左看齐！

4. Ready, Front!

向前看！

5. About,Face!

向后-转！

6. Forward, March!

起步走！

7. Squad, Halt!

（团队squad行进中），立定！

8. Left,left, left right left.

左，左，左右左(一一一二一)！
